Delivery & Returns


We aim to have your parcel with you within 2-7 days. 

Here at Witches Lab we make our products fresh to order in batches once a week, we work as fast as we can but just be aware we are a small business and sometimes can experience delays.

Delivery is usually turned around within  7 working days but we of course aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. parcels are posted via Royal Mail and are tracked, recorded and have to be signed for, if you miss you parcel a red card will be left for you to collect from your local sorting office. If you refuse or do not collect you item will be returned to the Witches Lab Headquarters. 

Please ensure the correct Delivery address is given at the time of ordering

Postage is £3.99 or FREE when you spend over £30.00

International Orders 

We now accept International orders simply add what you want to your basket and follow the payment instructions. International postage starts at £9.99 and ends at £18.99 if however you order something significantly large and the postage costs are higher we will contact you before sending. All payments will be taken in £GBP your order can take 7-14 working days. We post out parcels Royal Mail international recorded and tracked so your parcel will be travelling to you in the safest way possible. We will accept exchanges for international orders however we will ask for you to pay for the repostage back to you which may sometimes not be worth while. 
Please check before ordering whether your item will incur a customs charge as you will be liable to pay this. 

Christmas Delivery 
The cut off date for guaranteed christmas delivery is 15th December any orders made after this date we will go above and beyond to ensure it does get to you in time but we cannot make any promises. 

Over the christmas period we will be off from 23rd-4th January & please take into consideration the bank holidays. You will still be able to place an order but please expect delays of up to 14 days if ordering from 23rd-4th January. The reasons for this are lots of the suppliers we work with are also small businesses these supply our packaging, ingredients , labels etc are also off during the holidays so we have to wait for deliveries. We also then have to make our products and catch up with the orders placed over the holidays. We work as fast as we can but we do find some people get impatient with the waiting times this time of year so please don't order if you are not happy to wait. This only applies to the start of each new year after the holidays once we have caught up usually by the second week of January our usual delivery times apply. 

Missing Parcels

If it has been longer than 10 days please drop us an email and we will have a look into the whereabouts of your parcel. We send all of our parcels signed for so they will need to be accepted and signed for at the door.
